There was no communication from the service provider and the saddest part is that I’m not from Cape Town, already signed out of my student accommodation and couldn’t go back because it is privately owned not by the university. The workers told me there’s nothing they can do then had to go sleep by this other lady I was supposed to travel with putting my life at risk and her place was in the location by the way. We were told that we should come back the following day meaning the 30th of November at 15:00 it’s now 16:30 I missed a taxi I was supposed to take to Limpopo at Park station and the saddest part is that I had already sent the money to that person and there’s no refund if on their policy you miss it. What I have realised is that the people who are weighing peoples stuff here are selling tickets to other people who buy them at the station making us who bought online suffer.

Don't choose them if you want to reach your destination happy. As m speaking we are here 03am till 10am wait for un organized operations whereby you sleeping whilst passengers are coldy , missing their appointments waiting reply from unknown bosses.l can imagine now that these buses is a group of partners fetching passengers then gather the them then hire ungood conditioned bus off road worth buses. Terrible service ever. The bus is cold no air conditioning, No road atmospheric sounds.

I had an awful experience with Intercape on both trips between Cape Town and Johannesburg. First, I booked a Mainliner but was placed on a Big Sky bus without any notice or explanation. On my return, ... I had an awful experience with Intercape on both trips between Cape Town and Johannesburg. First, I booked a Mainliner but was placed on a Big Sky bus without any notice or explanation. On my return, their staff gave me incorrect information, causing me to miss my bus. Worse still, their representatives were rude, incompetent, and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they insisted I repurchase a ticket, despite the fault being theirs. Intercape’s service is shocking, their communication is misleading, and their operations are poorly managed. I will never use Intercape again and will strongly discourage others from doing so.

The journey was marred by a continuous and excessively loud beeping noise emanating from the driver’s cab. This noise persisted throughout the trip, creating an environment of extreme discomfort for all passengers. The failure to address this issue demonstrates a disregard for passenger well-being and raises serious concerns about the maintenance and operational standards of your vehicles. Compounding this, the driver, Mr. Eddie, failed to make restroom stops, depriving passengers of a basic necessity during a long-distance journey. The bus was also inadequately equipped, with no drinking water provided, further exacerbating the distress experienced. These oversights are not only unethical but may constitute a breach of passenger rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which mandate the provision of reasonable comfort and amenities on public transport. I'm here launching a complain about the bus ticket of R1200 that I bought from your website on the 13-10-2024. The bus service company which was written on the ticket was Wezwecoaches. I noticed that the price for the bus ticket paid and the bus service company that was allocated from Cape Town Bus station to Johannesburg Park station was really substandard service and did not worth for my ticket price of R1200. The ticket was written that the bus will leave Cape Town Bus station on the 24-10-2024 at 19h00 evening and arrive in Johannesburg Park station on the 25-10-2024 at 10h00 morning. I'm really not happy due to the following reasons: 1. The bus was really not clean inside and not comfortable. 2. The bus had many stops due to the people who were drinking alcohol in the bus. 3. The bus service did not worth the ticket price of R1200 as compared to other bus companies whereby I even regrated myself that I was supposed to just take Intercape Bus that could worth this ticket price of R1200. 4. The bus did not arrive at 10h00 as indicated on the bus ticket and instead the bus arrived in Johannesburg Park station at 14h05. Meaning this bus was delayed by 3 to 4 hours which is unacceptable and this means that the ticket time was not considered or followed and that's very bad to me as customer 5. I was expecting the bus service to correspond or worth with greater service for the ticket price of R1200 which I paid for and I ran away from Intercape bus service thinking that the bus service ticket price of R1200 from Ticketpro company should be offering greater services than the other bus company, I find it very dissapointing. I really feel like the Ticketpro company is playing a robbing game by advertising service that are not provided by bus companies.
